I’ve been very excited about the movement of DSLR cinematography and this only pumps me up more! When I picked up my Canon T2i it got me thinking about other lenses. I’m currently learning on the EF-S 18-135mm and it’s doing a great job for me. Stillmotion is starting a really cool looking series to learn more about lenses and DSLR shooting. I hope to learn a lot from their work and I think they’re going to absolutely rock it.

Question for you: Do you shoot in RAW format (photos)?

If so, where do you see the advantages of it in your work? (try to be as specific as possible). I’m going to be diving deeper into it soon but I haven’t really touched it yet.
