Ever since I picked up my Canon t2i my eyes are constantly thirsty for ways that people are capturing beauty with DSLR’s. What I really enjoy about this film is the fact that it’s a simple idea executed so beautifully. The idea of taking an object and studying it’s movements is so fascinating to me. There are so many amazing compositions of this clock and I’m very happy with how this turned out.

This may also fire up an idea for you with the basic principal of:
Find an object that interests you and capture it.

Please let me know if you’ve done a similar exercise in the past or are in the future!

Thanks for your time.

  1. The simple is more!

  2. There is actually a whole vimeo channel dedicated to making single objects interesting. There’s a handful of good videos in the channel on this topic if you dig deep enough.
